All custom and made to order furniture sales are final after the 24 hour period.

Custom stains, finishes, paints, and color requests are interpreted as best-effort artisan approximations. Due to natural wood absorption, handcrafted finishing methods, lighting conditions, monitor settings, and material variation, the final product may vary from digital images, samples, or reference photos.
PRODUCT IMAGE DISCLOSURE
Product photography, renderings, and lifestyle images are intended for illustrative purposes only. Due to the handcrafted nature of the products, natural material variation, lighting conditions, and screen settings, the final product may differ slightly from displayed images. Decorative accessories, props, staging items, and surrounding are not included.
FREIGHT DELIVERY DISCLOSURE
Furniture deliveries are coordinated through independent third-party freight carriers. Delivery scheduling, transit timelines, and final coordination are subject to carrier operations, freight availability, and delivery conditions.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES DISCLOSURE
Customer is responsible for reviewing and approving all order specifications prior to production. Customer is responsible for verifying all measurements and delivery access requirements before purchase.
