Lifetime Limited Warranty

Your satisfaction is paramount, which is why every piece of furniture
manufactured by The Rural Art is covered under our Lifetime Limited
Warranty. This assurance encompasses the foundational elements essential
to the longevity of your furniture, including wood frames, springs,
joints, bases, legs, and hardware. In the rare event of any issue, we
pledge to either repair the item at standard rates or provide an
alternative solution if repair is not feasible.

One-Year Limited Warranty

For added protection, our One-Year Limited Warranty guards against manufacturer’s defects or shipping damages affecting legs,
fabric, leather, cushioning, seams, tufting, mattresses, wood stains or
finishes, and mechanical mechanisms in sleepers and recliners. Should a
repair be necessary, we will cover standard repair costs or offer an
alternative solution if repair is impractical.

90-Day Limited Warranty

Ensuring your
satisfaction from the moment your purchase arrives, our 90-Day Limited
Warranty provides coverage for all wood products and outdoor furniture.
This includes wood frames, joints, bases, and hardware for indoor
furniture such as desks, tables, bookcases, and more. For outdoor
furniture, our warranty safeguards frames, springs, joints, bases,
hardware, fabric, foams, seams, tufting, wood stains, finishes, and
mechanisms crucial to their durability.

Exclusions

We want to ensure clarity regarding our warranty coverage:

Warranty is valid only within the contiguous 48 states. It will be void if items
are shipped by a third party outside the US or forwarded to Alaska or Hawaii.

Rugs, accessories, and home decor items are excluded from all warranty coverage.

Any damages or defects must be reported within 14 days of delivery for replacement.

Clearance items are exempt from all warranty and return policies.

The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and does not transfer.

Warranty timelines are based on the original purchase date and do not restart if a replacement is issued.
