- Journey: Your piece travels by sea freight from its country of origin to our U.S. facility, then onwards to you.
- Service: Delivered to the nearest curbside point outside your residence. No in-home placement or assembly is included.
- For Those Who: Appreciate the artistry of anticipation.

Priority Shipping (Accelerated Curbside Service)
- Timeline: 5–6 weeks
- Journey: Air freight from our artisans to the U.S., followed by delivery via FedEx Ground or a trusted freight partner.
- Service: Delivered to the nearest accessible point — garage or porch — for your convenience. No in-home placement or assembly is included.
- Restrictions: Not available for pieces exceeding 500 lbs, oversized creations such as large wine bar cabinets, Alaskan King beds, or dimensions over 119" L x 80" W x 70" H.
- For Those Who: Require an expedited arrival without compromise on craftsmanship.

- Timeline: Available with either Standard or Priority timeframes.
- Journey: Your piece is handcrafted in India, Indonesia, Vietnam, or Australia according to its wood type, then entrusted to a team of seasoned professionals.

- Placement in your chosen room
- Careful unpacking and meticulous assembly
- Removal of all packing materials, leaving only the finished piece in its rightful place
- For Those Who: Wish the experience to be as refined as the furniture itself.

- Purpose: We understand that timing is everything. With this service, production begins only when you are ready, ensuring your piece arrives fresh from the workshop — never stored in a warehouse.
