• Offer Validity The Great Holiday Sale is valid for a limited time only and will end on January 2, 2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier at the sole discretion of The Rural Art.
• Eligibility This offer is applicable on new orders placed during the sale period only. Orders placed prior to the sale start date are not eligible for retroactive discounts or price adjustments.
• Tiered Savings Structure
• 10% off on orders below $10,000
• 15% off on orders of $10,000 and above
• 20% off on orders of $15,000 and above

Discounts are applied to the merchandise subtotal only and cannot be combined with any other promotions, offers, trade discounts, or membership pricing unless explicitly stated.

• Exclusions

• Gift cards, previously purchased items, and applicable taxes, duties, shipping, White Glove Service, or special handling fees are excluded from this promotion.
• Any third-party services or add-ons are not eligible for discounts unless clearly mentioned.
• Customization & Made-to-Order Items

All The Rural Art pieces are handcrafted and made-to-order. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or returned. Sale orders follow the same customization and production policies as regular-priced orders.

• Returns & Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of our furniture, all sale purchases are final sale and are not eligible for returns or cancellations once production has commenced.

• Availability & Lead Time

Estimated production and delivery timelines remain unchanged during the sale period. Lead times provided are approximate and may vary due to material availability, customization complexity, logistics, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Price Adjustments

No price matching or post-purchase price adjustments will be offered during or after the sale period.

• Right to Modify or Withdraw

The Rural Art reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice, including correcting any pricing or typographical errors.

• General Conditions

Participation in The Great Holiday Sale constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, along with The Rural Art’s standard policies related to orders, shipping, and warranty.
